Thumbs Up Children's Educational Center

Thumbs Up Children’s Educational Center provides holistic, social, academic and emotional support and guidance to children of at-risk families living below the poverty level.

We are an independently-operated 501(c)3 non-profit agency serving low-income families and children living North of the Broad River in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

We promote good character, citizenship, and leadership in children, with the goal of inspiring them to lead a more positive future life.

We support disadvantaged children and families through action to improve their opportunity to live out of poverty.
